What's happening at home!

With everything going on with the adoption, it's easy to lose sight of all of the fun we are still having at home. We have been pretty busy and we are still enjoying ourselves. We had quite a bit of snow this week and we quickly got our snow gear on and enjoyed the great outdoors. It was still a little cold, but we went out and had a great time. We wanted to build a snow fort, but the snow was not the kind you can pack. It was really powdery. The kids still had a great time running around (and so did the dogs!).

This past weekend Noah participated in his first Cubscout Derby! He did AWESOME!!! There were 32 cars that raced that night and he finished in the top 5. We were soooo proud of him. He was just excited to get to play with the car after the race. Because of all of the stuff you have to do to the car to make sure it runs smoothly, Noah couldn't play with it. He won several of the races too! We are sooo proud of him. We look forward to next year's race. Daddy is already planning ahead for what he is going to do differently to make it run faster!!
